All of our products come with a full 24 months guarantee against electrical and mechanical fault. In most instances we will arrange to collect and/or repair your machine and provide a loan scooter if required. This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as  battery failure, punctures, light bulbs and fuses (consumable items).

Accidental and malicious damage is not covered and appropriate insurance is recommended to cover this eventuality.
Warranty call outs are free of charge however if the problem is not covered by warranty a  call out charge will apply.
